Job Summary and Qualifications

  • Coordination of day-to-day clinical operations of the Emergency Department regarding patient care, resource management, staffing, supplies & equipment.
  • Helps maintain personnel files related to orientation, competency, disciplinary actions, attendance and coordination of staffing schedule.
  • Perform evaluations in conjunction with Director of ED or AVP.
  • Coordinates community/area Emergency Medical Services.
  • Follows up on cases and reports required data to ED Director or AVP.
  • Maintains departmental statistics and reviews records for quality performance issues.
