Job Summary and Qualifications- Coordination of day-to-day clinical operations of the Emergency Department regarding patient care, resource management, staffing, supplies & equipment.
- Helps maintain personnel files related to orientation, competency, disciplinary actions, attendance and coordination of staffing schedule.
- Perform evaluations in conjunction with Director of ED or AVP.
- Coordinates community/area Emergency Medical Services.
- Follows up on cases and reports required data to ED Director or AVP.
- Maintains departmental statistics and reviews records for quality performance issues.
