The Clinical Nurse Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer maintaining compliance with all Hospital annual competencies as well as CPR, and designated protective intervention program. Thoroughly understands the management of the patient milieu including age specific and cultural requirements and has knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, OSHA regulations and all other relevant state and federal regulatory standards.

Qualifications • Current license to practice nursing in IL
• Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
required• BS Degree-
Preferred• 2+ year of supervisory/leadership experience
required• Must be open and available to work with our
