Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking an experienced
RN leader to lead our 40-bed Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Unit in Kalispell, Montana.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Montana
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing practices, regulatory requirements, and nursing care delivery
Preferred Qualifications
The most qualified candidates will bring:
- Recent clinical or leadership experience in a hospital-based inpatient setting, particularly:
- Progressive Care
- Telemetry
- Critical Care/ICU
- Oncology
- Surgical Services
- Other comparable acute care environments
- Experience leading a complex inpatient unit with responsibility for staffing, patient flow, quality, and team development
- Experience with quality improvement, workforce engagement, and operational performance
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
Annual Salary Range: $126,360–$157,955
Salary placement within the range is based on relevant leadership experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other applicable factors.
