Nurse Director, Intensive Crisis Services
We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join our team in St. Clairsville, Ohio where you will help us shape the future of local behavioral healthcare by providing compassionate, evidence-based crisis support to our community. The position has a first shift, Monday-Friday schedule.

Job Duties:
Provide direct oversight of 24/7/365 nursing operations
Ensures safe management of suicidal, homicidal, and high-risk patients
Hire, onboard, and supervise RNs, LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and others as assigned
Provide direct services for clients as needed, including assessment, monitoring progress, medication management, and linking to services
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have unrestricted Ohio RN License
Must have experience with Crisis Services or inpatient psychiatry
A valid Ohio driver's license and excellent driving record
Obtain an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number.
Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug/TB screening, and driving check if selected for the position.
