· Perform engineering analysis using FEA, hand calculations, computational tools, and engineering models.

· Design prototypes, test fixtures, instrumentation, and experimental setups.

· Develop and execute laboratory and product validation test programs and analyze test data to drive design improvements.

· Apply mechanical engineering fundamentals including fluid dynamics, tribology, materials, thermal effects, vibration, and rotating equipment principles.

· Support development of smart and connected sealing technologies, including sensors, instrumentation, data acquisition, IoT, and condition-monitoring solutions.

· Develop 2D/3D designs, engineering drawings, specifications, test procedures, and technical documentation.

· Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Aftermarket, and customers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products.

·

Required Qualifications:

· BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.

· 8+ years of experience in rotating equipment, turbomachinery, compressors, mechanical seals, or a related industry.

· Experience in mechanical design, engineering analysis, testing, or new product development.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience with Dry Gas Mechanical Seals, mechanical seals, compressor sealing systems, or sealing auxiliaries.

· Hands-on experience with turbomachinery or compressors.

· Experience with ANSYS/FEA and SolidWorks or other 3D CAD tools.

· Experience with sensors, instrumentation, data acquisition, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, or similar engineering tools.

· Knowledge of mechatronics, IoT, condition monitoring, or smart/connected products.

· Experience developing and validating products through prototype, testing, and commercialization.
