Full Job Description
Description & Requirements

St. Luke's Health system is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial patient focused Occupational Health team. The selected individual will be based primarily in Fruitland but may also cover shifts in Nampa, Meridian and Boise Occ Health Clinics This position will see both scheduled and walk-in patients for work injuries, pre-employment physicals, workers comp evaluations and scheduled follow up appointments.
