Full Job Description
Touchstone Therapy Center is looking for licensed therapists to join our amazing team of caring and dedicated therapists who hold LCSW, CSW, ACMHC, CMHC, and LMFT licensures. We have openings for full-time (28 hrs per week) team members who would provide child and family services based in our Layton and/or Salt Lake City office location. These roles would also provide in-home therapy as needed within the county to which they are assigned. We also have an exciting opportunity for a licensed mental health provider to serve Box Elder & Weber County, which would include the opportunity to work in our equine-assisted services team 1-2 days per week in Box Elder County.
To be successful at Touchstone, you must be ethical, accountable, believe in holding yourself and others to a high standard, be willing to travel to meet the needs of our therapeutic population, and be very self-motivated. You will have support and resources from other clinicians, supervisors, and other tools when needed, but we also believe in empowering our teams with space to do their best work.
What makes us different? Our therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and attachment-focused, and also includes a mental health assessment to build the correct therapeutic foundation. While this is challenging work, the ripple you can have for the families we support can be life-changing for them and for you, too.
Our services currently include primarily in-office, telehealth, and in-home services.
What we offer: In return for your strong work ethic and care for clients, we offer competitive compensation, retirement benefits, health benefits (full-time team members), growth and advancement opportunities, and the ability to help clients that will have a generational impact.
Pay: $35.00-$75.00 per billable hour, depending on experience and level of licensure.
