- Owner of make/vs buy analysis, drives the implementation of vertical integration
- Owner of cost estimation template, quote automation & digitalization
- Designated point person to OPS & regional organization with business strategy preparation
- Coordinates the manufacturing allocation for New Product Launches
- Coordinates Cost & Budget Analysis and annual BBP for Manufacturing Engineering

Qualifications:• Minimum 10 years' experience in automotive industry preferable in electronics manufacturing with a strong understanding of processes including PCB assembly, SMT, testing, molding, and final assembly
• Bachelor degree or similar with financial background
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing strategy, footprint planning, and capacity management.
• Proven ability to develop financial business cases and evaluate capital investment opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, productivity drivers, and operational KPIs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of government incentive programs, grants, and manufacturing investment support mechanisms.
• Outstanding knowledge of lean concepts
• Business fluent English
