Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or technical leadership experience preferred.
Maryland State Inspector certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of engine performance, electrical systems, drivability, and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns efficiently and accurately.
Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific service information.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach and support technicians while maintaining high standards for repair quality and productivity.
Excellent customer service mindset and a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
