Kiliuda Consulting, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and government contracting industry leader is looking for a NIH Procurement Analyst to join our team in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:The Procurement Analyst shall provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support services to NIH, including:
- Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development
- Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations
- Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations
- Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports
- Ensure compliance and support process improvements
Requirements:- US Citizen
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- The Procurement Analyst shall possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. Substitution: In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience may be accepted.
- Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH or HHS organizations.
- Experience analyzing Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT), procurement workload, and contract performance metrics.
- Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data systems.
