The Role:
Clifford Chance is seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join its growing Life Sciences practice. The associate will focus primarily on complex licensing, collaboration, and other strategic transactions in the biopharma sector, with additional opportunities to support M&A and related life sciences matters. The associate will work directly with partners and senior lawyers across the Life Sciences licensing and collaboration practice.

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. Subject to the candidate's experience, the salary range for this role is $260,000-$390,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
