Job Description

We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our growing Home Care team! We are hiring for our Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan regions.

As a new grad at Metro, you'll receive individualized mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You'll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists, with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.

Qualifications
  • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
  • Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory
  • Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$95,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
