You will oversee and supervise the care of clients with complex needs, ensure that care plans are effectively developed and followed, and provide essential support and training to your team. Your role will involve direct communication with clients and care coordinators to enhance the quality of care continually.
What We Need from You:
We seek an RN with a current Georgia license, BLS certification, and a passion for home health care. You should have at least two years of experience, preferably with older populations, and be well-versed in home care regulations. A reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and Professional Liability Insurance are also required. You will also need a COVID-19 vaccine/screening and a negative TB report.
