Full Job Description
Kadlec is seeking a spine-focused Neurosurgeon to join a team within our high-volume center in Richland, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to provide complex spine care while working alongside experienced surgeons and supported by a robust clinical infrastructure and advanced technology.

The program emphasizes a collaborative model, integrating surgical, interventional, and medication-based pain management approaches. Providers benefit from a well-supported environment that includes RNFAs for first assist, strong APC support, and 24/7 in-house trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams, creating a comprehensive system of care within a high-acuity setting.

Position Details:
  • Full-time role in a spine-focused practice (~90% spine cases)
  • 1:4 call rotation (approximately 7 days per month)
  • Exposure to complex spine surgery in a high-volume center
  • Support from RNFAs (first assist) and robust APC structure
  • Multidisciplinary care model including interventional and medication pain management
  • Access to advanced technology including Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems
  • 24/7 in-house support from trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation is between $815,160 and $1,083,616 per year
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
