Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted medical license from any US state or territory.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide medical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Document patient interactions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
