- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Neuro-surgeon will primarily be seeing cases at Queen of the valley hospital but will rotate among all three Emanate sites.

Estimated annual base compensation of $350,000 - $400,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience, plus 40% of collections. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
