In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience• Experience defining and executing validation strategies for functional behavior, transaction integrity, performance, failover, recovery, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Experience with resiliency testing, performance testing, network testing - IP transport network testing, and integration testing.
• Experience with performance and capacity testing tools for high-throughput systems.
• Experience in building end-to-end test plans across representative lab and lower environments.
• Experience in validating traffic movement and persistent TCP connections during planned maintenance and failure scenarios.
• Experience in verifying message integrity, transaction reliability, and customer-impact analysis.
• Experience in executing functional, integration, regression, negative, failover, recovery, load, soak, and capacity testing.
• Experience in validating proxy bypass and return-to-legacy recovery procedures.
• Experience in reproducing defects, analyzing logs and packet captures, and supporting root cause analysis.
• Experience in defining test evidence, acceptance criteria, certification results, and operational sign-off inputs.
• Experience with resiliency testing, performance testing, network testing, and integration testing.
• Experience with TCP/IP and packet-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and failure-injection techniques.
• Experience with defect analysis and technical documentation.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience supporting payment processing platforms.
• Experience testing transaction processing systems.
• Experience with network migration validations.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with high-volume distributed systems.
• Experience with performance engineering practices.
• Experience with certification and operational readiness programs.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
