Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Network/Systems Engineering Manager to perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

 

Our dynamic team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management and network security services to the global enterprise, as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 14 years of Systems Engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a BS degree, totaling 19 years of SE related experience.
  • Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Active DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher is required (i.e. Security+).
  • Able to provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, and integration of components of complex systems.
  • Experience with network hardware (i.e. CISCO).
  • Demonstrated experience providing highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
  • Experience managing technical teams
