We are looking for a team member with the following skills:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of system administration
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server Family of Products, and Redhat Linux
- Expert level knowledge of infrastructure protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, SSH, SFTP, SCP, SNMPv3, Netflow, SMTP.
- Advanced level of experience automating data reporting or operational tasks with scripting languages (including Python and Bash).
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Solid understanding of other networking technologies (including TCP/IP, traffic analysis, TAPs, traffic brokers)
- Excellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPI
- Experience working with or integrating various enterprise management systems
- Experienced leader of highly complex projects as part of a larger team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
If you have any of the following, it would be a bonus:
- Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Bash
- CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP and/or CCDA certifications
- Extensive experience in packet analysis (Wireshark)
- Familiarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations
