Class ConceptWe're looking for a
hands-on Network Engineer who wants to own real infrastructure that matters-not just design it on paper. In this role, you'll lead in person day-to-day operations of a complex, mission-critical environment supporting public safety, 911 systems, and enterprise services across the City of Dublin. You'll be the one people count on when things break-diagnosing tough issues, driving root-cause resolution, and continuously modernizing the network to improve reliability and resilience. This is not a back-office, ticket-only role-it's for someone who thrives in production environments, is confident about troubleshooting under pressure, and takes pride in keeping critical systems running. If you're an experienced operator who wants meaningful ownership, visible impact, and the ability to shape infrastructure that directly serves a community, we want to talk.

The position works closely with the Network Operations Manager to support daily operations, align work with strategic priorities, and plan for future infrastructure needs. The Network Engineer collaborates with IT staff, the Information Security Administrator, vendors, and business units to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions that support City operations, public safety systems, and critical services.
