Full Job Description
TDI is currently seeking a Network Administrator, 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.

This position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Network monitoring of connections and performance to ensure network availability for user access and services.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues in the network and complete actions to mitigate them.
  • Able to plan, coordinate and implement network maintenance, installation, and security to protect and improve network infrastructure.
  • Receive and review user requests to establish or resolve issues with user access to services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors.
  • Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
  • Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Hands-on knowledge of configuring and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and 802.1X network access controls.
  • Proficiency with dynamic routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, as well as troubleshooting Site-to-Site (S2S) IPsec VPN tunnels.
  • Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network performance, security, availability, and connectivity.
  • Comfortable working 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners.
  • AWS Cloud service experience.
  • Experience with Palo Alto devices.
