Albuquerque, New Mexico.

- Hands-on experience with occasional NNP students, residents, and medical students

- New grads welcome! Comprehensive orientation (~6 months and flexible based on experience) and mentorship provided.
Your Daily Rhythm:You'll be a vital part of a high-performing, collaborative NICU team. Here's what to expect:
- Serve as primary at deliveries, with neonatologist support for complex cases
- Perform procedures such as circumcisions and PICC line placements-training and support provided
- Participate in ground transports (no flight transports required)
- Coverage model:
- Day Shift: 2-3 physicians + 2 NNPs
- Night Shift: 1 physician + 1 NNP
- New grads begin on day shifts to build confidence before transitioning to nights
