Job DescriptionThe Interventional Cardiology Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent resource to support optimal care delivery for cardiology with a focus on interventional cardiology and STEMI patients as well as other projects as assigned This nurse navigator takes on a leadership role in developing the coordination of care during pre-procedure, hospitalization, discharge planning and facilitating post-hospitalization follow-up.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in cardiovascular services.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
