Job Summary

The National Account Development Manager (NADM) is the core engine driving growth across our enterprise portfolios. Partnering closely with a National Account Director, this role turns high-level strategy into tangible results expanding our footprint, building pipeline, and closing revenue. This role leads multi-site expansion by uncovering new opportunities within enterprise accounts, equipping field sales teams with actionable insights, and building lasting stakeholder relationships.

First year on target earnings, $180-200K (base salary plus commission) with potential to earn more. Commissions are uncapped for this opportunity.

Essential Job Duties
  • Partner with National Account Directors to turn strategic plans into actionable campaigns, revenue, and deeper account penetration.
  • Uncover and qualify expansion opportunities across new locations, regions, and business units to keep a healthy growth pipeline.
  • Analyze performance data and market intelligence to build actionable plans that expand AMAROK's local presence.
  • Equip field teams with the insights, messaging, and resources needed to win opportunities within decentralized accounts.
  • Build and maintain organizational maps to deepen customer relationships beyond single points of contact.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover operational challenges and build compelling business cases for AMAROK solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, field sales, and experts to clear roadblocks and advance deals.
  • Keep opportunities moving forward while maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce, ARPEDIO, and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Track performance metrics - from pipeline creation to closed revenue- and share field insights to continuously sharpen account strategy.

Ideal Candidate
  • Three (3) years of experience in an Enterprise sales role
  • Proven ability to coach, inspire, and manage high-performing teams with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a knack for turning data into clear strategy.
  • An ambitious self-starter with a passion for driving results and achieving growth.
  • Well-versed across core business functions, including Product, Strategy, Analytics, Lead Generation, Content, and Systems.
