Full Job Description
If you're the kind of designer who enjoys switching between video, animation, presentations, digital design, and branding, we'd love to meet you!

At DLC, no two days look the same. One week you might be producing a podcast highlight reel, designing a presentation for our executive team, creating social content for a national retail brand, or developing graphics for a new website. Your work won't sit on a shelf. It will be seen by clients, partners, tenants, investors, and thousands of people across our digital channels.

The Role:
We're looking for a Multimedia Designer to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll create engaging visual content across print, digital, video, motion graphics, presentations, social media, websites, and events while working closely with our marketing team from concept through execution.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in great design, and wants to have a meaningful impact on a growing brand.

This role plays a key part in maximizing the impact and performance of our digital assets, helping drive engagement, support leasing efforts, and elevate the value of our properties across all marketing channels.

What You'll Do:
  • Design digital and print marketing materials
  • Edit video and create motion graphics for social media, podcasts, and campaigns
  • Develop presentations for executive leadership and business development
  • Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Support branding initiatives across DLC and our affiliated companies
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and business leaders to turn ideas into compelling creative

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and versatility across multiple formats
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative mindset

Why DLC?
You'll join an in-house marketing team where creativity is valued and your work has real visibility. From launching brands and producing podcasts to designing websites and national marketing campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, develop new skills, and help shape the future of one of the country's leading owners and operators of open-air shopping centers.

If you're excited by work that is varied, collaborative, and creatively rewarding, we'd love to see your portfolio!

The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
