Multidomain Operations Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Multidomain Operations Manager - Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Multidomain Operations (MDO) Manager will:
- Plan, design, and guide major MDO and training activities from conception to execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts linking electronic warfare (EW), cyber operations, intelligence, land, air, sea, and space components.
- Work closely with government leaders, external agencies, and partner organizations to meet mission objectives.
- Track performance, identify operational risks, implement fixes, and brief senior leadership.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocations, funding, and deliverable schedules.
- Support MDO planning and integration activities across various mission areas.
Minimum Qualifications of Multidomain Operations Manager High School Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
Desired Experience- Minimum 8-10 years experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with broad requirements in MDO focusing on EW, with a secondary focus on Cyber Operations. Additional experiences in intelligence, land, air, sea, and space operations are desired.
- Preferred experience is EW; cyber and intelligence experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the internal organization and establishing responsibilities and setting expectations; controlling and managing budgets and schedules.
