General Summary:
MSIP (Analog/Mixed-Signal IP) Program Manager In this role, you will partner directly with Qualcomm's MSIP (Analog/Mixed-Signal IP) teams to plan and deliver a portfolio of analog and mixed-signal IP-from concept through production-on the latest advanced process technology nodes. The MSIP portfolio spans high-impact IP such as ADC/DAC, PLL, LDO, sensors, SerDes, and DDR used across multiple Qualcomm product lines.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end program execution for a portfolio of analog/mixed-signal IP from concept through production on advanced nodes.
• Work with technical lead on the IP portfolio roadmap and resource management to support Qualcomm's product roadmap, optimize resourcing and resolve cross-program conflicts.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and dependency plans across architecture, implementation, verification, integration, and release.
• Drive alignment on scope, deliverables, and priorities across MSIP teams, SoC programs, and Qualcomm business units.
• Track program health (status, risks, issues, actions); surface gaps early and drive mitigation/closure with clear owners and dates.
• Create concise stakeholder communications and executive-ready readouts, including metrics/KPIs and insights.
• Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving playbooks, checklists, and reporting.
• Ensure program artifacts and documentation are complete, current, and audit-ready when required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of program management (or related) experience, ideally in semiconductor or hardware development.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Proficiency with program management and reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts; dashboards such as Splunk, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Strong communicator and structured problem solver who drives tradeoff decisions, risk mitigation, and execution across distributed teams.
• Continuous-improvement mindset; proposes process changes that measurably improve predictability, quality, or speed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$154,400.00 - $231,600.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
