• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 security measures
• Experience with Dynamics 365 solution migrations
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Capable of conducting thorough testing
• Background in business process re-engineering

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of multiple Dynamics 365 projects
• Support enhancement of existing solutions for health and human services
• Manage Social Services solution which includes over 150 workflows and 200 business rules
• Integrate new solutions for comprehensive services development
• Mentor junior developers on mid-sized projects backlog
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of custom fields in the application
