The Mortgage Sales Support Manager provides sales and operational support for the mortgage sales team. This role will supervise a small team of Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants (LOAS) and assist the Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with technology and day-to-day needs to grow and maximize loan productivity. The incumbent will support sales by managing the daily pipeline to drive quality, efficiency, and timely loan delivery to the operational team, while focusing on the customer experience
How you will spend your time:
Train and supervise the LOAs for the best execution in supporting the MLO with loan origination tasks and duties through the entire loan process.
Mentor LOAs in conducting the team concept to assist internal partners with external customer communication in providing a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Assist MLOs to optimize performance through quality expectations and daily pipeline review for TBD decision dates and rate lock expirations.
Assist in onboarding and training current and new sales associates regarding policy, procedures, the Loan Operating System (LOS), and daily tasks.
Be proficient in the credit bureau provider software to pull scenarios, repulls due to frozen bureaus, and reissuing existing credit reports.
Measure achievements through sales scorecards and spreadsheets for individual results.
Assist the sales team with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding flyers and other marketing materials.
Develop and maintain close relationships with mortgage partners to identify new training opportunities for the sales team.
Track internal and external referral sources to maximize sales opportunities.
Guide MLOs with AUS finding errors for loan solutions, restructuring loans, copying files to solve problems, and communicating resolutions to all parties.
Communicate regularly with the mortgage leadership team on mortgage origination activities, needs, and problems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ experience in mortgage banking, or mortgage lending environment, preferably working with Sales or in a Sales Capacity.
Requires S.A.F.E registration at the time of employment and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.

$67,869 - $99,836
