Position Summary:
Develop a team of highly successful loan originators able to meet and exceed organizational production goals for residential real estate mortgage loans; manage existing client relationships; meet individual production goals as well as develop the team into an extremely productive business unit; identify marketing, product and service opportunities to meet requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; specialized bank mortgage lending education and training.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in mortgage lending and retail banking.
Proficient reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, computer, interpersonal relations, management and supervisory skills; thorough working knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations, Bank operating policies and procedures that impact mortgage loan services, and features and benefits of Bank loan products and services; valid driver's license.
