This is a producing pod leader role at Satori Mortgage. You keep originating your own deals, and you build and lead a pod of LOs who learn to generate business the way you do. You earn override on your pod's production on top of your own. No desk job, no pushing paper. The best leaders in this business still close.
Who this is for:- You generate your own business Most of your funded loans came from relationships you built, not leads you were handed. You could take an application this week.
- You move fast When a partner calls, you call back now. When a deal gets hard, you find a way to fund it.
- You want to build something A pod with your name on it, full of LOs who hit their numbers because you showed them how.
- You lead by example Your pod will watch your pipeline, not your title. You set the standard by hitting it yourself.
