Role Overview:This role is for a strong and experienced onshore techno-functional lead specializing in Model N Flex, particularly within Revenue & Pricing Management for the Life Sciences sector. The lead will possess a solid understanding of both Commercial and Regulatory processes, driving critical production support, issue resolution, and solution validation activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently drive issue triage, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), business discussions, solution validation, and release support activities.
- Provide strong production support for Model N solutions.
- Manage stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining Model N solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional Financial regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:- Proven Model N Flex expertise with hands-on experience in the Regulatory domain (Government Pricing and Medicaid).
- Solid understanding of Commercial and Regulatory processes.
- Experience with SaaS implementation and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Model N business processes.
- Proficiency in Model N Flex modules including Rebates, Chargebacks, Pricing, Contracts, Membership, Medicaid, Government Pricing, Provider, and Payer Management.
- Strong SQL and Data Analysis and Reconciliation skills.
- Work experience in Revenue & Pricing Management within the Life Sciences area.
Qualifications:- Strong and experienced onshore techno-functional lead.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of Model N processes such as Government Pricing, Managed Care Rebates, Managed Contracts, Managed Care Script Validation, Rebates Reallocation, Chargebacks, and Retail Rebates.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
