Requirements Who We're Looking For
DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree
Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility
Valid driver's license
A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care
Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends
Hospice experience is not required. We'll support you as you transition into this meaningful field of veterinary medicine.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $90,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $105,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.
