Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with
4-Day positions starting at $110,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $135,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling opportunities available with compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
