Ohel is seeking a dynamic, compassionate and organized Mobile Outreach Team (MOT) Supervisor to lead a dedicated team providing confidential, in-home mental health assessments, short-term case management, and crisis intervention to individuals and families. This is an opportunity to lead staff, support families during mental health crises, and strengthen connections to ongoing care and community resources.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff

Provide direct clinical services, including assessments and crisis intervention
Coordinate visits and connect individuals and families with appropriate ongoing services
Develop treatment and discharge plans that promote stability and continuity of care
Qualifications:
LCSW, PhD, or PsyD required
