Full Job Description
Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

What You'll Do
  • Manage jobs from start to finish, including scheduling crews, making schedule changes, reviewing job scopes, and ensuring work is completed according to Thomasville Restoration processes and procedures.
  • Develop accurate job estimates by identifying required production services, labor time, materials, and job scope.
  • Coordinate and monitor production and subcontractor work to ensure quality, timely completion, drying standards, and customer needs are met.
  • Perform production work and jobsite documentation as a Crew Chief when needed.
  • Lead and coordinate production teams by assigning work, managing workflow, ensuring production standards are followed, and coaching and training Crew Chiefs, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and temporary laborers on processes, IICRC standards, equipment, and customer service.
  • Manage customers and communication by building relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients, communicating job expectations, progress and concerns, conducting final walkthroughs, coordinating re-services, and keeping managers and internal teams informed.
  • Manage job documentation and quality by ensuring scopes, photos, checklists, signatures, and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, while ensuring jobsites are clean, orderly, and respectful of customer property.
  • Control production costs, equipment, and facilities by monitoring job profitability and subcontractor costs, maintaining expenses within budget, obtaining required approvals, protecting company equipment and materials, and ensuring vehicles, equipment, warehouses, offices, and grounds are clean and maintained.
  • Maintain safety and compliance by enforcing company safety and risk management guidelines, proper use of PPE, cleaning products, and equipment, reporting injuries and hazards, following mitigation requirements and company policies, and completing required safety training and relevant IICRC certifications.

  • Able to lead Crew Chiefs, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and temporary laborers effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work with residential, commercial, and insurance clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Able to manage multiple jobs, crews, schedules, and priorities at the same time.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing job requirements.
  • Able to manage production costs and monitor job profitability.
  • Willing to participate in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergency service needs as required.
  • Committed to developing mitigation expertise and completing relevant training and IICRC certifications.
