About this roleSenior/Staff Full Stack Engineer with 10+ YOE to join Mithrl's engineering team: a builder excited to create foundational systems and have meaningful influence on the technology as Mithrl accelerates drug discovery. Top-priority hire driven by hypergrowth and surging enterprise demand.
Responsibilities- Build new product features and systems from scratch across frontend and backend, expanding Mithrl's platform for world-class researchers
- Design, build, and own scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines across the application, identity, data storage, and ML layers
- Work in fast-moving sprint cycles, contributing to production within your first few weeks
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and AI scientists to turn complex scientific workflows into intuitive, high-performance software
- Own features end-to-end from development through production deployment, iteration, and scale for researchers at leading pharma and biotech organizations
