Mission Critical Superintendent
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mission Critical Superintendent to oversee and coordinate field operations for mission critical facility construction projects such as data centers, telecom hubs, and similar high-reliability environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction initiatives, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics for mission critical facility builds.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
  • Oversee the quality and progress of all phases of construction, proactively resolving site challenges as they arise.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
  • Manage the proper use, storage, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and high-performance among all on-site personnel.
  • Lead regular site meetings and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or construction-related certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years managing mission critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, call centers, utility facilities).
