Mission Critical Project Manager

Compensation contingent on experience and skill set ranging from $100,000 - $140,000

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Mission Critical Project Manager at our location in Charlotte, NC.

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Solutions Engineering
  • Track and influence projects from design phase to implementation.
  • Develop project specific solutions based on customer needs/wants.
  • Perform face to face visits with electrical contractors, engineers, end-user accounts.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams as well as perform electrical formula calculations.
  • Identify customer's needs and adapt, empathize with their concerns work with inside advisors/mgmt for quick and best resolution.
  • Assist in assembly of accurate and professional proposals.

Project Engineering
  • Exhaust all options for urgent issues with down units, parts replacement, etc.
  • Provide technical assistance in the resolutions of design problems, including field investigation or inspections.
  • Lead a team of technical and project support personnel that delivers a project within timeline and budget targets.
  • Develop, revise, and manage technical submittal information and project specific documentation.
  • Facilitating and implementation of project and product support.
  • Provide excellent customer service interaction.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to keep projects on track.

General
  • Promptly address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Field visits to customer locations and project sites.
  • Keep up to date salesforce opportunities and projects with proper product, account, costing details, etc.
  • Be engaging and enthusiastic when speaking with clients.
  • Effective communication with internal and external partners.
  • Be available for assistance and support as needed and assist co-workers.
  • This position requires occasional driving
