5-7 years of experience with Mission Command systems
Proficient in electronic Army Mission Command Systems such as FBCB2/BFT and CPOF
Experience with simulation drivers and interfaces like JCATS and SIMPLE
Knowledge of emerging technologies in decision support and C4ISR systems
Ability to brief senior leadership on Mission Command technology
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (desired)
Secret Security Clearance required

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The MCIS Specialist, serves as the subject matter expert on Mission Command systems.
Incumbent is responsible for all actions assigned by the Chief, Models & Simulations Division, JPMRC that support development and integration of Mission Command Systems (MCS) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) into Live, Virtual, Constructive & Gaming (LVC-G) simulation architectures.
The incumbent is responsible for personally preparing, managing, and conducting instruction related to the use of electronic Mission Command systems including FBCB2/BFT, CPOF, and other Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS).
Minimum Job Requirements:
This position also entails the use and administration of simulation drivers and interfaces such as the Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), Low Overhead Training Stimulation (LOTS), and SIM C4 Interchange Module for Plans, Logistics & Exercises (SIMPLE).
Acts as principal advisor on developments of new technologies in decision support and course of action analysis tools, integrated simulations training devices, and C4ISR digital systems.
Conducts research and identifies developments in digital Mission Command.
Briefs senior leadership on the use of Mission Command and updates in Mission Command technology.
Receives training from external agencies in potentially classified environments.
Meets DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification Requirements (desired)
