Your future role on our team

As a Mineral Processing Lead, you will provide technicalleadership and strategic direction for metallurgical and process designactivities across all project phases. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams,support project execution, and ensure that processing solutions are optimizedfor performance, operability, and cost efficiency.

You will play a key role in supporting our growth in theU.S. market, particularly in projects involving mineral processing, heap leachand hydrometallurgical processes. You will also occasionally visit clientsites, support business development efforts, and mentor junior engineers tosupport team growth.

  • Lead process engineering activities for projects, from studies through detailed engineering and commissioning

Summary of certifications and jobrequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical or Process Engineering
  • 12-20+ years of experience in mineral processing or extractive metallurgy within mining or EPCM environments
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
  • Experience in supporting feasibility studies, due diligence work, large-scale EPCM or capital projects
  • Strong background in process modelling and simulation tools (e.g. JKSimMet, Molycop, LIMN, Bruno, Metsim etc.)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona, Nevada and eligible states
  • Travel: Occasional to frequent (site visits, commissioning)
  • Asset : Strong experience in heap leach systems (gold, copper or similar)
  • Asset : Bilingual (Spanish or French)
