As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and exceptional Mid-Level Associate Attorney with at least four years of litigation or other relevant experience to join our team and contribute meaningfully to our expanding commercial practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling pre-trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, court conferences, and depositions.
  • Drafting legal documents including, but not limited to, bill of particulars and other pleadings, discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
  • Managing the in-take of contract requests and conducting client interviews related to contracts.
  • Perform legal research.
