What You Will Do:

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Architect to implement and support our client's business use cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.
  • Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Developers, and Business Analysts.
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.
  • Lead Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
  • Lead in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Design and develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
  • Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.
  • Guide the team on tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
  • Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.
  • Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Advise on technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
  • Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.


What You Will Need:
  • US Citizenship is required for this role.
  • US equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
  • Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and travel to multiple customer locations as needed
  • Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
  • Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience supporting case management systems.
  • Experience with client-facing demos and presentations.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Experience with data migration requirements and custom code implementations.
  • Experience improving development, testing, and release processes through tools and frameworks.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience with core development skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies.


The annual salary range for this position is $122,000.00-$203,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
