Full Job Description
Avanade seeks a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Global Program Lead to manage Avanade's Global CSP Office. This role owns the overall governance, compliance, activation and management frameworks of the Avanade CSP landscape. This role will also assist in the enablement of the global sales organization to resell via the Microsoft CSP Program leading to resale revenue and profitability to the global business.

What you will do

  • Governance & Compliance: Instill, drive, and manage overall company CSP governance, guidelines, policy & compliance to ensure consistency, rigor, accountability, and order across the organization.


  • Operations & Support: Standardize and coordinate the operational support framework across the globe, driving consistency across the various business groups that support CSP.


  • CSP Deal Desk: Standardize and drive the CSP Deal Desk function across Avanade to ensure there is compliance and consistency across deal-shaping, approvals and sales operations.


  • Program SME: Maintain a full understanding of the Microsoft CSP program and be the subject matter expert in the CSP Program requirements and roadmap to so that Avanade are aligned, compliant and maximizing the full value of the program.


  • Microsoft Liaison: Integrate and collaborate with their Microsoft CSP counterparts to understand and propagate the Microsoft agenda, goals, program changes, and implications to Avanade.


  • Program Evangelist: Work with the Avanade Sales Teams to help them evangelize, engage, and enable Microsoft resale to pursue business plans and models that support and promote Avanade's strategic CSP agenda.


Skills and experiences

  • Strong client interface and presentation skills, with a Customer Focus attitude


  • Solid understanding of Avanade solutions, Microsoft products and technology services, Accenture industry solutions, and competitive offerings


  • Deep understanding and experience with the Microsoft CSP Program


  • Strong program management experience


  • Vast Sales and Deal-shaping experience in the Microsoft ecosystem

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for additional incentive compensation subject to Plan terms.
