Crowe'sMicrosoft AI Business Solutions practiceis expanding, andwe'reseeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365Supply Chain ManagementConsultant to lead our growing post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement offering.Rather than standingupnew D365 SCM implementations,you'llpartner with clients who are already live on D365 SCM closing the gap between what the platform can do and whatit'sactually deliveringacross inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning operations today.

What You Will Lead and Influence
- Assess live D365Supply Chain Management environments Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, and Warehouse Management toidentifyunderused capability, configuration drift, and gaps between designed process and actual usage.
- Optimizeadvanced SCM capabilities already in production, including Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Quality Management, to close performance and adoption gaps.
- Advise clients onsupply chain process improvements inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies with a focus on realizing moretangiblevalue fromwhat'salready implemented.
- Gather and analyze ongoing business pain points and translate them into a prioritizedenhancementroadmap, functional designs, and system configuration changes.
- Distinguish "fix it" issues from "improve it" opportunities, and route each to the right team and cadence.
- Identifyopportunities to apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation tosupply chain processes reducing manual effort and freeingsupply chain teams for higher-value work.
- Identifyopportunities to expand client relationships and grow the practice's optimization andmanaged servicesoffering.
- Contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies, accelerators, and best practices; mentor team members; and help grow our post-go-live offering.

Experience That Makes You Successful (Must-Have)
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on D365Supply Chain Management experience, including meaningful timesupportingoroptimizinglive production environments not solely net-new implementations.
- Proventrack recordidentifyingand closing the gap between a system'sdesignedcapability and howit'sactually beingused root-causing adoption issues, not just resolving tickets.
- Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management, and how they perform under real-world production conditions.
- Strong understanding ofsupply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, andlogistics.
- Abilityto lead enhancement andoptimizationroadmaps, translate business pain points into scoped, sequenced improvements, and guide teams through execution.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders including the harder conversation of explaining why "just add a feature"isn'talways the right fix.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a rolling backlog, produce high-quality work products, and lead engagements with minimal oversight.
Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate; APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or other asset-driven industries.
- Experience with advanced SCM modules such as Master Planning, Production Control, Asset Management, Transportation Management, or Quality Management.
- Experience with complementary ISV solutions within the D365 ecosystem, including howthey'reaffected by platform updates over time.
- Experience designing or implementing agentic AI or Copilot-based workflows for finance or back-office processes.
- Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment, ideally including managed services, AMS, or post-go-livesupport.
