Purpose Statement: Lead and manage an information technology team, delivering end-to-end services which are aligned with and effectively and efficiently support business and IT strategies, goals and operations.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Ensure customer service excellence by driving the information technology service delivery for the system/business areas of accountability. Manage system operations to meet or exceed defined service level agreements.
Manage daily activities of information technology resources to deploy secure solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
Understand business objectives, processes, tools and related challenges to define functional area strategies, plans, technology roadmaps and projects.
Identify opportunities to improve overall information technology and business processes to improve organizational efficiency.
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
