Working Location: Massachusetts, Westborough; Pennsylvania, Center Valley Workplace Flexibility: HybridJob DescriptionThe role of the Product Manager will be to develop and execute upstream and downstream marketing goals and tactics to support this mission and achieve business objectives and financial targets for GIET Business Unit. The Product Manager will help support strategic and large-scale evaluations to gain market support of Olympus GIET technologies. This position combines multiple functional attributes such as sales, marketing, clinical knowledge, product and procedure knowledge, leadership capabilities, and C-level communication skills.
Additionally, the position has responsibility for participating in the development and execution of the annual business plan and long-term strategic plan for the GIET business and in the identification and promotion of opportunities to provide cross-platform marketing opportunities to enhance and strengthen the GIET BU position within the market.
Provide constant presence in the clinical field with existing and new customers.
Job Duties- Serve as global marketing lead for a crucial business segment within global ET BU.
- Owner of voice of customer activities.
- Collaborates with Market Intelligence to design and execute research.
- Responsible for informing and leading internal cross-functional teams.
- Collaborates with global regional commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Identifies market expansion opportunities.
- Develops relationships with HCPs and clinical expertise.
Job QualificationsRequired:- BA/BS or relevant on-the-job experience may be considered a substitute for minimum educational requirements.
- Minimum of 3+years of healthcare sales, marketing, and/or clinical experience within a hospital operating room and procedural environment.
- Experience developing and managing HCP relationships.
- Experience launching new technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and grow business based on procedure-focused sales.
- Demonstrated success in developing accounts, with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans and lead change.
- Experience interacting with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Strong prospecting skills, self-starter mentality, capable of independent action, detail-oriented, excellent multitasking and time management skills, and ability to internalize technical concepts, products, and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows; some international travel may be required.
- 35% of time required in the field (3 days office | 2 days remote)
Preferred:- Advanced business degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years within Olympus preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position in this location is $122,362.00 - $171,307.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position, including level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
