Manager, Payment Product - Miami, FL

Region: Miami, FL

About the Role:

The Manager, Payment Product splits time evenly between leading payment functionality for Change of Ownership transactions and leading the implementation and deployment of kiosks for a large product launch. This role works with internal teams, payment processors, vendors, and franchisees to

build, test, and roll out payment features on schedule, and makes sure new payment systems, including kiosks, work correctly across Subway stores.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Payment functional for Change of Ownership transactions
  • Review and approve Payment product requirements and documentation for Change of Ownership
  • Report Change of Ownership progress to management
  • Support testing and launch of new kiosk payment products
  • Coordinate kiosk rollout schedules with vendors, processors, and store teams
  • Train store and support teams on new kiosk payment features


Qualifications (some examples listed below):

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in payment product, product management, transaction processing, or hardware deployment for Payments and/or Gift Card at a merchant
  • Experience leading Change of Ownership or account transfer work for payment systems
  • Experience implementing and deploying kiosks or other hardware-based payment systems
  • Experience testing and launching new payment products or hardware, including kiosks
  • Working knowledge of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and payment processing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills to manage Change of Ownership work and a large kiosk deployment at the same time
  • Skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, familiar with payment processing and product management tools
  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools for payment product and kiosk deployment work

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $105,000 - 131,400.

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training,

credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
