Job Description: - Location: AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab Orange City 1053 Medical Center Drive suite 151 Orange City Fl 32763
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Alerts leadership to daily staffing levels, case load, customer service issues, and staff discourse.
- Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
- Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
- Provides support to the patient access team by calling physicians, scanning documents, calling patients, and scheduling.
- Tracks insurance benefits for patients requiring authorization and assists in insurance verification/authorization as needed.
- Supervises and assists clinicians with patient care to promote the achievement of identified patient outcomes.
- Manages all department maintenance, including cleaning equipment, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring mechanical checks and calibrations are completed.
- Tracks productivity, efficiency, and ensures accurate and complete end-of-month billing.
- Completes technical audits of charts to ensure all documentation is present.
- Orients new staff to the center and department under the direction of the Rehab Director.
- Assures all employees submit payroll information weekly and submits all expense reports.
- Attends facility meetings and assists with survey compliance as requested. Other duties as assigned.

Education: • Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study: • with a concentration in a healthcare-related field OR equivalent experience in healthcare

Additional Information: • An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience OR
• Associates degree and 4+ years of experience OR
• High School Grad or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience.

Pay Range:$60,257.60 - $112,070.40
