  • Drive PDP Optimization & Content Strategy: Execute retailer-specific copy optimization with agentic commerce best practices, manage PIM record integrity, deploy enhanced content (A+ Content, Rich Media, Brand Stories), and collaborate with Agency and Brand teams for mobile-first asset deployment.
  • Lead Digital Execution for New Product Launch (NPL) and Product Updates: Lead digital execution for all New Product Launches and Product Updates, ensuring 100% readiness across images, copy, and keywords by the "Go-Live" date in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain teams. Prioritize workload to address our Brand Growth Plans and business commitments, aligning with Hill's Division and C-P best practices.
  • Manage Retailer and Vendor Relationships: Partner with key retailer teams to deliver tailored digital shelf solutions and collaborate with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, optimize processes, and review costs/SOWs.

  • Ability to thrive and advocate focus in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and storytell across all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative, always looking for new ways to engage shoppers and drive brand success
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn feedback and coaching into strategic action
